Call or email us to schedule an initial or follow-up appointment. Our clinicians are often in session and may be unavailable to answer phone calls as we don't want to interrupt our clients' time they have scheduled with us. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message with your name, contact information, and a brief description of your needs. All messages are returned within 24 hours on business days. Weekend calls and emails will be returned no later than the following Monday. When you come to your initial appointment you will find out that our office is run only by our clinicians and there will not be any support staff to greet you. Please fill out the appropriate paperwork located in the baskets on the counter and one of our clinicians will be with you at the time of your appointment. If the client is a minor, then a parent will need to be present during the initial session. The first session consists of gathering pertinent historical information and current symptoms. A personalized treatment plan addressing goals will also be developed at this time and our clinicians will provide you with information on treatment modalities that will be of most benefit to your needs. We understand that sometimes appointments have to be cancelled. Please try to provide us with at least 24 hours notice for the cancellation to allow for someone else in need of that time to take your place.
